Loading... Please wait...Today we are here with a whole other 3DS homebrew game review. Every week we'll write up a quick review about some of the homebrew games we play here at the office. And we would love to hear from all of you about the games you love to play, once you get your R4 3DS card. There are so many great ds and 3ds homebrew games that keeping up with every single one would be impossible.
For today, we're going to cover one of our most favorite homebrew games for the R4, and older - but still fantastic game.
This ought to Honestly be a commercial store bought game. The developers behind this game, called HEADSOFT, made sure to really give back to the retro community and got the permission of the actual original programmer that released this game. They also decided to release this game under a freeware license for the DS, DSi and NIntendo 3DS. You need only the R4 DS and you're ready to play it - all for free.
The lost levels includes all of the levels from the original game, and the part 2 of the game. Every single level has been modeled to be an exact replica of the one in the original game. Even the levels with updated graphics, etc.. all look great. And you get a choice of modes too of course. You can go all modern and cool - and play the updated version of the game with improved graphics, or take a trip down memory lane and play the game as it was originally created.Regardless of which version you're going to play, the old or new updated one, this is one game that is going to bring back a whole lot of memories. Did we talk about it ended up being free of charge? ANd don't forget to check out the video of the gamplay action. If you played the original, it is sure to bring back a lot of memories.
