Shipping & Returns

R4 3DS Shipping Information And Returns Policy.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Our flat fee shipping means that you pay just one low shipping and handling fee no matter where we ship your order.  Our flat fee shipping also means that whether you buy 1 item or 100 items, you'll still pay just one low price for shipment.

We use multiple shipping warehouses for our product distribution.  Depending on your location, we'll select the nearest shipping warehouse to ensure your order arrives to you as quickly as possible. 
Your order, depending on your location, will be shipped from either our North American warehouse or our Hong Kong, China warehouse.  However, the location that your order is shipped from is dependent on stock in the nearest warehouse and is solely at our discretion.  

Most of our packages are shipped with a tracking number so that you'll always know exactly where your product is during transit.  We ship all orders within 1-4 business days after your payment has been completed, and you'll receive a status update on your order, and if shipped with a trackable method of shipping, with your tracking number as soon as it is available.  Please note that shipment times can vary based on your location, and in some cases due to customs clearance or customs delays may take longer than the estimated delivery times quoted here.  Unfortunately, we have no control over how long customs clearance will take on a per shipment basis, and once it is handed over to the postal service for shipment, the delivery time can vary.  Generally, most packages arrive to most destinations in the world within 7-21 business days after shipment.  Should you require information, or the shipment time in transit has been longer than 21 business days, please do contact us immediately via our contact us form, and we shall file a claim with the post office to receive an updated status.

Returns Policy:

All of our products come with our official warranty and guarantee.  You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery should you not be satisfied.  While it is rare, it can happen that the item you received is damaged during shipment and arrives defective.  You may return any defective items to us (you are responsible for return shipping) and we shall replace the item and ship the replacement to you at our expense.  Should you send back an item as defective, and we determine after testing the product that it is indeed working, we will contact you and ask that you pay for the return shipping costs.  If the item you are returning has been opened or damaged, we will be forced to asses a 10% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Payments And Currencies:

Please note that we process all orders in U.S. Dollars.  We do offer an approximate currency conversion based on the exchange rate of the specific day for several currencies, but your charge will be processed in U.S. Dollars.  In some cases, card companies use their very own currency conversion based on their own exchange rates.  Some card companies also add an additional fee on to some transactions and this can affect the final amount on your credit card statement.  Please note that we do not change any additional fees and any extra fee is charged solely by your card company.

Pre-Order Policy:

We strive to always offer the latest products.  If an item is showing a status of Pre-order, then it is currently not available.  We have placed an order for the product directly from the factory, and are awaiting shipment to arrive in our shipping warehouse.  By placing the preorder, you are reserving that item for you and it is taken out of our stock count and not made available for purchase by another customer.  As a result, your card will be charged and authorized at the time you place your order.  Should you wish to cancel your order, it will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee. This covers out processing fees for the purchase and the refund.

An item listed as a preorder has not yet arrived from the factory but is available for purchase as we have reserved stock for our shipping warehouse and are expecting delivery.  The items are not however actually in stock until the PREORDER status is removed from the product order page.  If you're placing an order for a pre-order item as well as an in-stock item, your order will be delayed as we will hold the order until the pre-order item is in stock and available.  If you wish to have the in-stock item, we recommend placing separate orders for the in-stock and pre-order items.  In the case of a preorder, we will always, without exception, ensure that our preorder customers receive their items first and that our inventory covers our preorder customers and we shall not list any additional items available for sale until all preorders have been filled.

In some cases, estimated arrival dates for preorder items may change due to unexpected delays in shipment or manufacturing.  In such cases, we will update the product page to keep our customers notified of any changes.  In some cases, we will take parcel shipments of preorder items, and orders will be filled in the order they are received.
