R4 3DS .org

It was only a couple of days ago that we had a news item about the amazing Rick Dangerous 2 DS homebrew game.  And in just those 2 days, the developer of this fantastic platform gameport has released an updated version of the game itself.  It's important that we note that this game was and remains an work in progress.  The developer is hard at work bringing all of the different levels to the DS and Nintendo 3DS systems.  It is not yet complete, and it will take a little bit of time for the game to be finished up and working fully.  The major bug that was found was an issue with some of the sprite collission and being transparent on one of the levels.  This bug has been fixed and more levels are being added.  If you haven't yet downloaded this game, we strongly urge you to do so, as it is perhaps one of the best examples of what a platform game should be like, how it should play, etc.. on your Nintendo DS, Nintendo DSi and Nintendo 3DS system.  

While the game may be "old" as some would say, as it was released originally for the Amiga an Atari ST computer systems, it remains one of the must have games for platform game fans and one that you definitely should not miss. As with all ds and 3ds homebrew games and applications, this game is free as well, and you can download and play Rick Dangerous 2 on your R4 3DS card right away!
