R4i Gold 3DS Firmware Update For new 3.0.0-6 3DS System

With the new 3.0.0-6 update on the 3DS rolling out world wide, we're happy to announce that our R4i Gold 3DS Firmware has been upgraded and updated to now fully support this new OS version. Previously, our r4i gold cards only worked up to version 2.2, but now this new kernel update ensures that it works on the 3.0 perfectly. With this newest update there comes something else. A whole different way of reworking our firmware from here on it to make sure that we're able to have firmware updates much more quickly than has been possible in the past. As with the news from a few days ago, our R4 3DS card also now sports a new firmware kernel as well.

For gamers who love their homebrew and the multimedia features that only the r4 3ds cards can bring, this is a welcome new update that will enable you to continue to enjoy all of your movies, music, ebooks, games and more - all on your Nintendo 3DS console.
