We're always keen on getting feedback from our customers and visitors as to what changes or improvements they would like to see to our official R4 3DS store.  Whether you need a different way to access support, a better list of all firmware files or step by step instructions, we're here to help.  This very same customer feedback has been what led us to add our newest R4 3DS SETUP section on our homepage.  A lot of our customers and visitors wanted to have a go to source when it came to setting up their Nintendo 3DS R4 cards.  We do carry a number of cards, and being able to go to a special section or page, that details and lists for you exactly what you need to do to have your card up and running - and you enjoying it - is an important function of our support.  Thanks to the feedback from all of you, we have not started to add detailed step by step instructions so that you can get all of the installation information, all in one place.  Whether you have the R4 DS or the R4 3DS cards, we've got them all covered, and we'll add even more tutorials and information in the coming weeks.

We have our support staff working hard putting together even more tutorials for all of you.  We'll be covering things like how to use emulators on the R4 3DS to play NES, Snes and countless other classic consoles and game systems.  We'll also give some detaild instructions on how you can read ebooks and digital comics, and dozens of other hidden things you can actually do on your 3DS, once you know how it's all done.  We're also doing some cool unboxing videos, so you can see exactly what you're getting in the box when your order arrives.  As an example, we have one of the unboxing videos below for you to check out what you receive when you get your package with the R4 3DS RTS card.
