We've always worked hard to make sure that we offer the very best support and service to all of our customers.  Our shipping staff are always on the ready to send out parcels, and are located at a different warehouse than our support staff.  This notice is to inform all of our valued customers and visitors that our shipping warehouse is open and fully operational, however, due to storm conditions and severe weather warnings, our support and sales staff is limited at this time, and will be while the storm and weather warnings are in effect.  We do have some limited staff available today, Tuesday October 30th, but this limited number of staff will unfortunately means some slight delayes in replies to customer questions and visitor inquiries.  We do apologize for this inconvenience, but we must ensure that our staff are also safe and sound and not in harms way.

Please also note that packages shipped last week may be delayed, depending on your locations and the route that the parcel travels to get to you.  This is again due to the weather conditions and it is not something we have any control over.  We are certain that the post offices and couriers themselves are working as hard as possible to ensure that all mail is delivered without any delays, but we have been made aware that some offices and postal warehouses remain closed at this time.  We again apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our valued customers.
