One of the most amazing features of the Nintendo 3DS system is it's ability to play some of our favorite classic games through the virtual console.  Unfortunately, while the game selection is pretty decent, it lacks many of the cult favorites that people really like to play

Luckly, thats where the console emualtors come in to play.  Rather than being limited to the meager selected of games in the virtual console, you can download NES and Gameboy emulators for your Nintendo 3DS that you can then use with one of our r4 3ds cards.  If you have your own selection of games, or still have your old classic console library, then being able to replay some of these amazing classic games is what it's all about.  And you won't be limited to the small selection available in the virtual console.  The Lameboy DS emulators emulates and lets you play all of your favorite NES games on your Nintendo 3DS.  And emulators like SnesDS and Neo Geo DS will let you get in to the 16 bit console action with even more games to play.

You can of course download these emulators from our r4 3ds homebrew section today, and be playing within 5-10 minutes.  And we urge you to do so. If you're a huge fan of the classic games, and want to try explore even more by playing some of the very best homebrew games out there for these classic consoles, then getting the emulator for the system of your choice is the way to go!
