If you're one of our lucky customers that has an R4 3DS RTS version card, then you'll be please to know that we are officially the very first R4 dealer that can provide you with a new update to make sure that your card works on the latest 4.0.07 updated Nintendo 3DS consoles.  This time it comes in the form of the 1.29 update, which adds compatibility for your R4 card to work on the new 3ds systems.  As many of our visitors know, there are a plethora of cards out there (some even sporting fake R4 labels) that simply will not load up or work on the newest 3ds consoles.  Often times, the websites of these so called "manufacturers" have gone away, and as such, there will be no future updates.  in the last month, for those customers who were affected, we have swapped out some 400 cards, under our 1 year guarantee.  While it is a huge cost and loss to our company, we do this to ensure that our customers know that we are 110% behind every single product that we sell.  

As of right now, you can go to our r4 3ds firmware section and download the newest and latest firmware for our r4 3ds rts cards.  We're working on an update to the other cards as well, but for the time being, this is currently the only card on the market that actually does work with the newest 3ds consoles.  And by proxy, also with the latest DSi 1.44 update as well. Just as we have always stated on our guarantee page, and have also exercised when we release a new firmware, all of the cards purchased from our official store will mean that you're going to get a card that WE will make sure continues to work.

There have been some very minor shipment delays (affected customers have been sent an email of course) as the 4.0.07 update was coming - and we knew it was - and as such we needed to make sure that we had cards that we felt confident would work.  This meant having to swap out and change some of the chips in our r4 3ds cards, to ensure that they will work in the latest 3ds systems.  This has also meant some slight delays for a small number of our customers.  We do apologize.  But in the long run, we did not feel comfortable - nor would it be moral - of us to ship out cards to customers that we suspected would not work as soon a this update came out.  As a result, we held off on shipping some orders, until we could send the very newest and latest version of our card - to ensure full compatibility.
